Unable to send alert from SharePoint
Alerts from SharePoint works fine within organization however alert would not go out outside the origination (external domains). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the Event viewer for any eero message regarding the email service. If alerts are working fine for internal user then you need to check with your exchange team as to why the mails are not going to outside user. It might be blocked.
