Every now and then you see celebrities malfucntion infront of huge crowds. Some time back Miss Universe 2007 - Miss USA fell down and the latest to join them is Miss USA 2008. Miss USA Crystle Stewart Falls falls down at the Miss Universe 2008 pageant!!
