Recently I was travelling from Bangalore to Delhi. As I had to reach Delhi early morning I booked my ticket with Indigo Airline. The flight was supposed to take off at 6:00 am in the morning.

I reach airport one hour early to check-in my luggage. My luggage was just 500 gms over the allowed limit and for that also they created lot of fuss.

Once Indigo staff did my luggage check-in and just few minutes from the Schedule departure time we were told that the flight is delayed for 1 hour. When I asked them about the reason for delay they started to show tantrum and abusing the passenger. They were like an hour delay is nothing.

After waiting for almost 90 minutes we were able to board the flight. As soon as I enter the flight the crew member wished us. And the way they wish us was horrible. It looked like we are forcing them to wish us. Their dress code is something blue skirt and white shirts. I wonder if they ever wash and iron their shirts. It looked like they were wearing same cloth for almost a week.

The pilot announcement was very unclear as if it was his first announcement and he was doing it in sleep. We were unable to understand single word of his.
 
The other shocking thing I would like to mention is that Indigo will not provide you with any help with candy or ear buds if you ask them. So better carry one yourself if you are travelling by Indigo airline.

The worst part of all this is that they charge you 20 Rupees for just 100 ml of water. Imagine you paying money to drink 100 ml of water in Airline for which you have already paid huge amount to travel.
As far as I am concern I will avoid Indigo in future and would recommend you also to avoid it.
