ITIL/ISO 20000 Consultant with 3-6 years of experience at Bangalore
 
Roles and Responsibilities 
Skills Required:

- Responsible for defining, deploying and implementing processes aligned to ITIL framework

- Ensure all the processes are institutionalized

- Perform/conduct periodic Compliance audits /assessments against defined processes and various quality models viz ITIL, ISO 20K

- Report, ensure and facilitate closure of all non-compliance by driving/initiating corrective actions

- Perform Metrics/KPI data collection related to the processes deployed, drive analysis and improvements based on them

- Escalate Process and Delivery compliance issues to the team, senior managers on periodic basis

Primary Skill:
- Conversant with IT Application support related domain
- ITIL V3 Foundation Level Certified
- Conversant with Incident management tools viz SM7,HP Open view, Peregrine
- Conversant with software engineering practices
Exposure as Project Quality Lead is preferred
