Process Consultant (ITIL framework) with 3-5 years of experience at Mumbai
 
Roles and Responsibilities 
Skills Required:

- Person would be responsible for:

- Defining, deploying and implementing processes aligned to ITIL framework

- Ensuring that  all the processes are institutionalized

- Conducting periodic Compliance audits /assessments against defined processes and various quality models viz ITIL, ISO 20K

- Reporting, ensuring and facilitating closure of all non-compliances by driving/initiating corrective actions

- Performing Metrics/KPI data collection related to the processes deployed, drive analysis and improvements based on them

- Would also be required to Escalate Process and Delivery compliance issues to the team, senior managers on periodic basis

- Conversant with IT Application support related domain

- ITIL V3 Foundation Level Certified

- Conversant with Incident management tools viz SM7,HP Open view, Peregrine

- Conversant with software engineering practices

- Exposure as Project Quality Lead is preferred
