The Porperty rate in Mumbai is rising like a Manhattan Skycrapers. The rates of office space has almost gone up 4 times in Mumbai in just 2 years.
Just the other day in newspaper front page was an article where a building was purchase by Sterling Pharma for 45k rupees Per square feet in the suburb of Santacruz. Imagine 45k for per square feet of land!
What are we going to see in next 2-3 years? Where will the poor people of Mumbai go if the rates goes on rising like they are currently?
