Actually! During Academics Generally every person has his dream about his future. But most of them have dreams of what is said to them in their childhood.
I mean to say, how we can guide our ciblings about what is the demand of time?

As far as i think, we should guide them to secure their life for Future career.
Exampe: If they wanted to be an engineer then we should encourage them to move in polytechnic course so that they may secure their position in the corporate market.

Whaddya say?

Note: Actually each topic has its stretching power, so we should stretch it..

As ur saying is correct v should encourage the ciblings in there own path.but i think future is in the hands of DESTINY.V MUST NOT DISCOURAGE ANY ONE IF NOT ENCOURAGED.OK DEAR HOPE U LIKED THIS ALSO
