The revelations of match-fixing in Wimbledon may have stunned the tennis fraternity but the All England Club has sought to play down the matter, saying there was no proof to substantiate such findings and the matches in question were still under review.

We know how cricket matches are fixed. Several cricketers have been banned for life due to their involvement in match fixing. The match fixing is $ billion business.

There are several thousand people involved in it. The AELTC Chief Executive Ian Ritchie said that almost 8 matches were could have been fixed since the year 2002 at Wimbledon.
