One of my friend has this is to say about the TATA Indicom Wireless Internet service at Bangalore.TATA Indicom internet service is very worst. Once I had a service failure. I called the customer, they said the issue will be fixed in 3 days. But for me it took 3 months, but they did not fix the issue. After 3 months when I called the customer and requested them to escalate the issue. I spoke to one of the senior guy in the customer care, he requested me to wait for one more week for the issue to get fixed. I waited for 1 week, no luck. I called the customer care again and spoke to a different senior guy, even he requested me to wait for 1 week. I waited for another week also, but no luck.
Finally I called the customer care and spoke to the first senior guy. He asked me for the request number and date. I gave him the date and request number. He checked his Database and said that requested ticket has been closed.
I got angry and told him that I will go to consumer court.
I got a immediate and quick response from the customer care. They said do whatever you want and go to any court.

I hope Tata Indicom will listen to him and give him his money back. Also they need to apologise to him for such rude behaviour.
